To register/set up your Reliatrax Client Portal account for the first time:
We will send you an invitation by email requesting you to set up your password. The email will come from "ReliaTrax Client Portal". Please check your spam if you do not see the email invitation in your inbox.
The first time you log into the portal you will need to create your password, and verify your last name and DOB. Please make sure to remember your password.
